orders taking too long but clothes are great

hi sorry to say but my 3 order is reaady since 2 april and wonder why is taking fso long in shippiong it ,,,i just returnt some clothes for eschange and the status says unfulfilll can you fill in when will i have at least my 3 order :)thank u
