I purchsed a white shirt which arrived promtly and neatly packaged. However, on inspection the front of the shirt had some threads of cotton trailing from it.
I contacted Tailored Athlete by email to let them know and added a few images of the issue.
I received a very quick response in which they apologised for the issue and promptly sent me a replacement shirt.
The shirt arrived in perfect condition and I am more than happy with the garment and the fantastic customer service that I received.
Will definitely buy from them again.

As good as ever, but ...

...one thing I found a bit confusing in the marketing was the descriptors for the two blue shirts I ordered.

I took a gamble and it paid off that they were indeed different, based on the colours, which are clearly different in the pictures.
(you call both “Navy” and yet they are clearly different shades of blue!)

However, the wording in different places is not consistent:

The wording in the email/on the site is the same, which threw me off. ("Dress Shirt”)
The wording on the received packages is different:

one says: Essential Dress Shirt
one says: Dress Shirt

then on the shirts themselves, inside - both say “Essential Dress Shirt"!
It’s all a bit mixed up and confusing :)
