    No personable customer service

    Received order on time. Quality is very good. One of the shirts was too big so I tried to initiate an exchange. Not a user friendly or customer service accessibility. No phone number and only AI chat, not helpful. Hoped to get a return going and have a smaller shirt on its way as it’s time sensitive. Unfortunately bc no one could be reached I chose to just return the shirt and order elsewhere.

    Great quality and really comfortable. Ideally wish they had a length choice, im 174 cm and t-shirts are alwys a but long . Maybe somethjng to consider . There must be more people my height
