Returns

We offer a 35 day return policy, this begins from the moment the order is received.

Orders sent back to our warehouse after the return window has passed will be returned to the customer.

 

Please note: Any items purchased as part of our "Last Chance" collection are non-returnable as they are discontinued and therefore offered at a special price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for any charges associated with returning your order. We recommend, you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

In the unlikely event you need to exchange or return your item, please visitreturns.tailoredathlete.com.

Products must be returned in the original packaging with the tags attached and in a resellable conditionItems that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Muscle Fit Suits: Jackets must be returned with all original packaging including hangers and suit bags with the original tags attached and still in a resellable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Warning: Any suit jackets or suit pants returned without the original hangers and/or suit bags will be subject to a $20 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced before any exchanges are sent out.

Please include your full name and order number within the returns package (Products that arrive without a name and order number will be unable to process).

Bundles/Multipacks:Bundle products must be returned as a complete unit, including all individual items, tags and the original packaging that was included in the bundle. If any individual items are missing or damaged, the return may be subject to rejection.

The customer is responsible for packaging the bundle product securely to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. Any damage not brought to​ our attention ahead of the product being returned may be subject to rejection or a partial refund to cover dry cleaning costs.

If an individual item within a bundle is defective or damaged, the customer may be eligible for a replacement or refund however must provide evidence of the damage to support@tailoredathlete.com and return all products from within the bundle to the address provided by the Customer Support Team.

Damaged returns:Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed.

Please note: Underwear is non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns. 

 

Refund Policy

We offer a 35 day return policy, this begins from the moment the order is received.

Orders sent back to our warehouse after the return window has passed will be returned to the customer.

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at our warehouse. 

Please be aware this can take up to 48 hours after your order has arrived. You will be notified once a refund has been processed. We are unable to refund purchases to an alternative payment method other than the one originally used to purchase the items.

If your order was sent with FREE shipping and you decide to return all or part of your order for a refund, the actual delivery charge we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our shipping costs. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to continually offer the lowest prices possible.

In the case where only part of the order is refunded, if the remaining order value is more than $150, TAILORED ATHLETE will pay the free shipping. If the remaining order value is less than $150, we will deduct the FREE shipping cost from the refund.

If you paid for express shipping with your order, we will not include that cost in the refund amount so you will receive a refund for the items alone. This enables us to keep providing the best shipping costs for customers. 

Buy One Get One Free

Items purchased with a ‘Buy one get one free’promotion are purchased as a paired item. If you wish to make a return, both items from the pair will need to be returned to receive a full refund.

If you wish to exchange one or both items from a ‘Buy one get one free’ pairing, then we can only exchange for the same product[s] in a different size or different colour.

Additional costs

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Out of stock

In the unlikely event a product from your order is out of stock, we will work with you to replace this with a product of the same value. If no alternative can be found we can issue a refund for this product and ship out your remaining order.

Faulty items

In the extremely unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@tailoredathlete.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our Support Team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

As per the Consumer Rights Protection - we will replace any product that is proven to be faulty or has developed a problem over time up to 6 months after the order arrives.

Damaged returns: Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed.
