I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.


Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!


Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope!  That’s the best part about being a rewards member!  You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.


Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.


Do points ever expire?

 Yes. Points, rewards, and your VIP tier expire if you don’t make a purchase within a rolling 12 months. If the program ends or your account is closed, any unused points and rewards will also expire.


How is my VIP tier determined?

Your tier is based on how much you spend in a rolling 12 months:

  • Pro: $450
  • Champion: $650
  • Legacy: $850

Once you qualify, you keep your perks for the rest of that year and the next. Keep shopping to maintain or move up your tier.


Tier Expiration

Once you are in PRO, CHAMPION or LEGACY, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

You must continue to spend to remain in your tier. Whatever tier you achieve in a rolling  year,  you keep for the following rolling year.


Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

 You must be signed into your rewards account when purchasing to earn points. Guest checkouts don’t qualify. If you forgot to log in, email support@tailoredathlete.comto fix it. Returned or canceled orders don’t earn points, and any points from returned items will be removed.


I received an error message when referring friends. What went wrong?

 Make sure the email addresses are typed correctly and separated by commas. Try sending one at a time. If issues continue, use your unique referral link or share via Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger. For more help, contact support@tailoredathlete.com.


I’ve referred friends but haven’t received points. What should I do?

 Your friend must be a first-time customer and use your referral link to qualify. You’ll get points once they complete their first purchase, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ for updates.
