Stitched Crease Pants in Black - TAILORED ATHLETE - USA

I bought 3 pairs. Nothing fits. This is the worst company I've bought from, online, in a long time. Returns are difficult and one pair can't be returned. I wear a 34" waist in just about everything. Sometimes 36". Their estimate suggested I was. 36", so that is what I bought. 2 of the pairs don't even come close to fastening. The final fastens tightly, but it isn't good otherwise. Its legs stretch out but don't go back. So its like having a regular pair of shorts. Also, it has two buttons at the top, but the inside one is 1/4" too close to the normal button, and in spite of being tight undoes itself. I expected WAY better for their prices. This style was the pair that barely fit and the button comes undone.

Bad sizing

waist 30 too small, How do I exchange for size 32. there was no invoice or order number in package received. I can not find order number
