I was dissapointed in the arm length, I am 6ft and well muscled, I have to get the missus to take an inch off the arms to achieve what I saw on the ad. If I ever order again it will be a size down and a single to check fit.yes I followed the size guide to the letter. If Tailored athlete want to send me a medium to try ill come back and re-review.
