Great Shirt/Difficult International Delivery

he short sleeved shirt I got is great! The customer service was fantastic. The international shipping was difficult. The first attempt, the item was lost. When I contacted TA, they confirmed the item was lost and resent a second order (at no additional cost) to me. Total delivery time was 42 days. Also, when it arrived at the destination country I had to account for an additional 30 euros for import tax. While the shirt is great, the logistical experience was difficult.
